Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality product every time you shop at kemjo.in, there may be times when you receive a damaged or defective item that you wish to return or exchange. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days for a replacement request.You will not be required to pay any additional costs associated with this process. However, conditions may vary depending on stock availability. If we are unable to replace the product within the allotted time, we will, at your request, issue a full refund in the form of a gift certificate or refund the amount credited to your account. 

If you cancel your order before shipping, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, it cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. If you do not notify Customer Service of your order cancellation within the deadlines above, you will be responsible for all shipping and return costs.
