If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from kemjo.in. kemjo.in has the option to return the product within 7 days of receiving the product. Consider the following before returning any product: 

Products that have been used or damaged during installation cannot be returned. Please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition. Products must be returned with all price tags, original packaging, labels and invoices. 

The outer box may be damaged during delivery, but in most cases there is no problem with the actual product. If the exterior is not damaged or damaged, but the box seems to be damaged, please receive the product, fill in the POD (Proof Of Delivery) / DRS (Delivery Run Sheet) with remarks, and create a photo of the POD / DRS. , please share the photo with us for replacement or refund of payment. 

Please check the package carefully before delivery. If there is a problem with the outer packaging or the product looks damaged inside the box, please make a comment on the POD (Proof Of Delivery) / DRS (Delivery Run Sheet) and accept the product.
